DJ Maphorisa joins sony entertainment music Africa

A south African DJ and music producer “Dj Maphorisa”, has just joined Sony Entertainment music Africa in a deal that is set to take his music to the world as possible. 

The deal was confirmed on Friday when Maphorisa posted this from his Instagram page: Maphorisa could barely hide his excitement at landing this deal.

 

He said in a quote to the press: “I’m looking forward to working closely with a strong team on my upcoming releases. we have big plans and I’m excited to see them all come together” 

DJ Maphorisa has proven to be one of the most influential people in music over the past few years. Even before he worked with Drake and Wizkid on "One Dance".
 

His ability of influencing most Artist can be proven by a number of collaboration he featured by artist from different parts of Africa  including artist like Chegge and Temba, Nay Wamitego (not released) and Rayvanny (not released) all from Tanzania.
 

We appreciate Sony Entertainment music Africa and we are sure he will continue doing good in music industry like his label mate, Wizkid, Davido, Tekno and Alikiba.
